THE BEGGINING
The beach Street Festival began in 2013 inspired by an abandoned hotel on the beach of Vatera, Lesvos. The original idea was to gather graffiti-friends and musicians from all over Europe for summer holidays, to celebrate and fill with life color and music the enormous hotel.

BEACH STREET FESTIVAL
The Beach Street Festival is a celebration, a unique international music and graffiti festival that combines summer holidays with urban arts and tradition. The aim of the Beach Street is to create a new musical-artistic crossroad between east and west that will become a must, a meeting point for artists, for young people and friends.

THE LOCATION
The Beach Street Festival 2015 will be hosted on 3 Music Stages which will be located near the Camping site and the festival’s Square. The main locations will be the following:

The Live Stage at the Historical Castle of Mytilene
The Hip Hop-Bass Stage by the sea
The Square Stage at the festival’s square

MUSIC
The festival has 3 main stages that will host over 50 music artists and bands in 3 days.

GRAFFITI
This year the Graffiti will be under the supervision of Alex Martinez, one of the most respected and globaly recognized graffiti writers, with works and collaborations at a worldwide level. The wall paintings will take place in the town of Mytilene in specific locations with themes based on the concept “From East to West” and classic Graffiti styles (open theme) from our participants.

VOLUNTEERING
To make the Beach Street Festival reality there is a great group of young people and friends  who strive for the best, to achieve the objectives of the festival and spend all memorable!
