Ticket Disclaimer
1. The ticket you are holding is non-refundable. After you buy it your money cannot be returned, unless the Festival is cancelled. The entrance is free for children under 10 years old if they are escorted by an adult during the events who has a ticket. If the child looks older it would be best that you bring along some identification for his/her age.
2. The events program and the side activities might change without any warning. In any case the public will be informed in every possible way.
3. The people in charge have the right to deny entrance to any ticket owner who will attempt to enter the Festival area in possession of dangerous objects or/and illegal substances.
4. The owner of the ticket is the only one responsible for their entrance in the Festival. Umbrella Culture & Events and the people in charge are not responsible for any loss, injury or destruction of property during the events, including damage, robbery or loss of property or vehicles that was caused by negligence of the ticket owner or other attendants or third parties. If the ticket is stolen it cannot be replaced. The ticket is only valid if it had been bought by an authorized vendor. Be careful with immitations.
5. This ticket is personal. For every ticket there is a bracelet. It cannot be a) sold to another person or b) used by anyone for marketing purposes including its use as a prize or reward in any kind of competition without the approval of Umbrella Culture & Events.
6. Do not give your ticket to anyone until you reach the entrance of the festival. All visitors or campers will need to wear their bracelet as they enter.
7. The bracelets belong only to their owners. If anyone tries to give, sell or make imitations of their bracelet, they will not be allowed to enter. The bracelets not being worn, or the ones that have been destroyed will be declared invalid and will not be replaced. Any person in the festival without a bracelet might be forbidden to enter or asked to leave the festival area. In any case they will be asked to buy a new ticket if they want to stay. If you leave the festival area you will be asked to wear the bracelet when you return. The safety personnel might ask to see your bracelet even during the events-so keep it on and keep it safe!
8. When you buy the ticket, you consent to be filmed and recorded for the tv, the radio, the internet and any other public means of transmittance or/ and for any video, DVD as part of the audience. The entrance might be forbidden to people carrying professional photography, video, recording or transmission equipment and to anyone taking pictures, filming recording or transmitting anything that is happening in the area of Beach Street Festival. Someone carrying this kind of equipment may enter the River Party Festival area if the equipment is part of an electronic communication device designed for personal use (such as mobile phones) or is a simple photo camera. The person might again be asked to leave the area if they attempt to use the material for commercial purposes.
