GDaddie

GDaddie (Michael Papoulakos) is an electronic music producer from Athens, Greece. His music is based on sound collages from vinyl samples and  live  recordings,  praising  the  urban aesthetics, but without having any precise musical orientation.

After two critically acclaimed releases on Dusted Wax Kingdom, he released his debut album “Ride With Me" (2011), which the domestic press claimed it as one of the best Greek releases of the year. Since then, he has participated in important  festivals  as  “BOOM!” (of  Ough magazine), Athens Video Art Festival and the International Film Festival of Thessaloniki. Also, he has done remixes for various artists like Cayetano, Cyanna and  Transistor and as well as the music for the Turkish web series «2+1».
